Cofer Ranch is a family-owned and operated facility with four generations being represented. The love for animals and especially horses goes back for more than sixty years. In the late 1950s and 1960s, the Cofers bred, trained, and showed halter ponies in local fairs. During college, Al purchased his first AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE and began competing in timed events which lasted for approximately ten years. After participating in several different equine disciplines, the primary interest today at Cofer Ranch is cutting horses, but we welcome and encourage all disciplines!
